First, we ask that you get in touch to report any issues you're having with a course or ebook. Often we can sort it out quickly for you.
If you're still not 100% satisfied and decide you would like a full refund of your purchase, your request must be within 15 days of purchase. We will ask you to fill out a refund form to provide details regarding your request, so we can learn from your feedback.
Once a refund is approved, we 1) immediately revoke your online access to the course and 2) returned funds to you via your original payment method, within 30 days.
